MANILA – Task Force Jesus is Lord is all set for Annual Anniversary Celebration of Jesus is Lord Church Worldwide Movement on Saturday, October 26, 2013.
According to Johnny Yu, officer-in-charge (OIC) of the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction Aid and Management council, the preparation of the task force with the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), National Parks Development Committee (NPDC), Philppine National Police (PNP) with the National Capital Regional Police Office (NCRPO) and the Manila Police District (MPD) is already in force.
The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA), Department of Health (DOH) and other involved government agencies, are also making sure the devotees attending the celebration will be safe.
It is expected that on Friday, October 25, 2013, the residents from Philippine areas will start to arrive at Rizal Park.
The task force will put up 31 first aid stations along the route of the procession, while the command center will be placed inside the Quiapo Church.
