Now, after rail and road projects, biggest gatherings of religious groups every year.

The annual events of religious groups held in Quirino Grandstand, Rizal Park, Cultural Center of the Philippines Complex, Rizal Memorial Track and Football Stadium, Reclamation Area, Araneta Coliseum, Folk Arts Theater and all the biggest spaces in Metro Manila for the past 28 years from 1986 to present.

Site Development Plans were approved by the heads of Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC), Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Department of Tourism (DOT), Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Committee (HUDCC), and Philippine National Police (PNP) for the planning of their biggest celebrations held in several areas.

Four years after El Shaddai leader Bro. Mike Velarde inaugurate the cross-shaped, multifaceted El Shaddai House of Prayer, touted as Asia’s biggest place of worship on August 20, 2009. Velarde said the 10,000 square meter International House of Prayer is nestled on the sprawling 10 hectares lot found inside Amvel City in Barangay San Dionisio, Paranaque.

After wandering from one place to another—in Quirino Grandstand, Rizal Park, Cultural Center of the Philippines Complex, Rizal Memorial Track and Football Stadium, Reclamation Area, Araneta Coliseum, Folk Arts Theater and all the biggest spaces in Metro Manila to hold their various activities, Velarde said the followers of Yahweh El Shaddai have finally found a home at Amvel City.

Velarde also disclosed that for the last 15 years, the Foundation has already spent almost 300 million Philippine Pesos in rentals.

But after 25 years, the Roman Catholic charismatic group which membership has tremendously grown to 7 million found its own home in Amvel City.

The souvenir magazine for the National Thanksgiving Mass when the Cardinal as main celebrant and homilist while co-celebrants are Archbishops, Priests, Bishops, Monsignors and Deacons.

The National Thanksgiving Mass including priests from 166 Archdioceses and Diocese belonging to Latin, Syro-Malabar and Syro-Malankara Rites in India with the section: "166 Diocese of Latin, Syro-Malabar and Syro-Malankara Rites" were published in pages 143 to 2,240 of "The Catholic Directory of India 2013" as well the priests (Archbishops, Priests, Bishops, Deacons, Monsignors and Pastors) came from 194 American, 71 Canadian, 90 Mexican, 117 Chinese, 7 Taiwanese, 16 Japanese, 18 Korean, 86 Philippine, 10 Thai, 25 Vietnamese, 37 Indonesian and 8 Malaysian Roman Catholic Archdioceses and Dioceses.

The Quirino Grandstand served as a venue for the weekly El Shaddai gathering, drawn to more than five million people, jam-packed event for the Easter Overnight Celebration (movable, every March or April), Pentecost Overnight Celebration (movable, every May or June) while the annual anniversary overnight celebration of El Shaddai every August and the turn-of-the-century celebration (Bisperas ng Bagong Milenyo) on December 31 to January 1, while the Annual Anniversary Celebration of Jesus is Lord Church Worldwide in October. Their celebrations costed to more than 600 million Philippine pesos for the event.

The participants crowded the 61-hectare national park and adjacent areas-Roxas Boulevard, Taft Avenue, UN Avenue, T.M. Kalaw St., Port Area, and Jones Bridge.

Some of them came to the venue as early as three days before the event. The PICC-CCP Grounds in Buendia Ext., Pasay City, served again as a co-venue for the gathering, close to three million people. Construction started on February 11, 2013 in time for the 2013 mid-term elections and it was completed in time for the second Philippine visit of former Kansas City, Missouri Mayor Richard L. Berkley on July 10, 2013 to February 26, 2014.

Every Sunday, members and followers of El Shaddai DWXI Prayer Partners Foundation began trooping to the Rizal Memorial Football Stadium in Vito Cruz, Manila to participate in the Weekly Family Appointment with El Shaddai, By midnight of every Monday, entire stadium was jammed with over half a million people from all over the Philippines to take part in an overnight activity of praise and worship dedicated to God. Manila Archbishop Luis Antonio Cardinal G. Tagle, together with some priests from the different parishes in the Archdioceses of Manila, Lingayen-Dagupan, Nueva Segovia, Tuguegarao, San Fernando de Pampanga, Lipa, Nueva Caceres, Capiz, Jaro, Cebu, Palo, Davao, Cotabato, Cagayan de Oro, Ozamis and Zamboanga and dioceses of Malolos, Tarlac, Balanga, Iba, Cubao, Novaliches, Pasig, Paranaque, Imus, San Pablo, Lipa, Antipolo, Lucena, Daet, Legaspi, Masbate, Sorsogon, Kalibo, Dumaguete, Tagbilaran, Talibon, Maasin, Calbayog led the Holy Mass.
